I have supported a number of clients in their journey towards healing and self-discovery. I work with a number of issues relating to anxiety, depression, behavioural issues, eating-disorders, addictions, trauma, relationships, grief and more.
Generally speaking, a number of people feel the need to seek support from professionals in order to cope with life’s challenges. Whatever your reason, help is available. I will listen and support you in the best way I can. While we will not be performing any miracles to solve our problems, with the right attitude, the right therapist can guide you to the right path towards the change you have been looking for. Moreover, apart from my work with adults, I work with children and I have supported a number of children going through rough patches in their lives.
My everyday work requires me to work therapeutically with children who are going through familial difficulties amongst other issues. In such cases, I make use of play therapy and art therapy techniques, as I find that a child can respond very well to creative interventions. Additionally, this also tends to make therapy fun.
I want to get to know you and hear your story.
