If someone opens up to you about their mental health, it is important to take a step back and not give your opinion.

What do I mean?
Well, it is much more fruitful to offer your time and listen to the person or check up on them rather than giving your opinion on the matter (which might be inaccurate and unhelpful). Be their friend and offer them food, rest and understanding. Remind them that they will be ok. These little things are what will help them feel stronger and loved – no matter what their mental health is.

Change your interaction into something truly meaningful.

  1. Under stress and feeling mentally and physically tired, not to mention scared, I decided to keep the pregnancy as a single mother. Then I miscarried in the first week of December. It completely broke my heart.

    • Dear My Lib, thank you for sharing this with me. I am very sorry for your loss, a miscarriage is a very painful experience. You don’t need to go through this experience alone. Seek the help you deserve. Take care of yourself, Antonella
